1️⃣ Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. To be eligible:
Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
Item must be in original packaging, including tags, shoe box, inserts, and any accessories.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be included.
Note: Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
2️⃣ How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:

Full name and order number
Item(s) you wish to return
Brief explanation for the return
Our team will provide detailed instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

Provided by Customer Support upon approval.
3️⃣ Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as THELIGHTOUTFIT cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
4️⃣ Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email notification.
If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Refund times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Denied Returns:
If the return is ineligible, the item will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.
5️⃣ Exchanges
THELIGHTOUTFIT does not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange, return the original item and place a new order.
6️⃣ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Gift cards
Final sale or clearance items
Worn, washed, or damaged items not due to manufacturer error
7️⃣ Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
